To support COVID19 research and actions we are providing free access to our Limesurvey hosting. Just fill in your name and email and an administrator account will be created for you and you will be allowed to log in and create your own Limesurvey surveys.
Your login details will automatically be sent by email so make sure to check your spam folder.

Organizations allowed to use this service:

Everyone doing COVID19 related research
All hospitals treating COVID19 patients
NGOs taking action against COVID19
Any governments, cities, organisation trying to organize their COVID19 actions

Please note that our availability for technical support is very limited. We can't help with setting up surveys or answering questions on how to use the service. Please refer to the documentation at manual.limesurvey.org and use the free Limesurvey forums for any questions.

Our server is located in Europe and your data can not be accessed by anyone else and is not shared with others. Thus, you can create surveys accoridng to the GDPR as needed.
